This Lihua Living and Soonfor flexible customization project took only three months to implement, and both teams showed perfect execution. Determination, execution, fighting spirit, and strategy were the keys to the success of this project.
Standardization, informatization, and digitalization are unavoidable paths in enterprise development. At the closing conference, Manager Wu of the Lihua Living project affirmed the achievements of the project, said that the later use of the system needed to be continuously consolidated, and also expressed expectations for the company's future informatization and digital development. Manager Wu of the Lihua Living Project An efficient team cannot do without the support of system modules, and a powerful system cannot do without careful operation by its users. Afterwards, user representatives from operations, business, technology, PMC, procurement, finance, and other departments shared their experience and impressions from using the Soonfor system and also offered valuable suggestions from the user perspective. Lihua Living's technical manager made a comprehensive summary of the implementation process and said they would continue strengthening their determination toward informatization and digitalization. The project mainly achieved the following results: An integrated supply-chain, finance, and business system was established, realizing highly centralized and unified management of finance and business; The company's basic information was standardized, and basic data was comprehensively sorted out; Data interaction among multiple systems was realized, cross-department connectivity was established, and approval workflows from frontline staff to senior management were connected; Control over purchase-order placement and pricing was improved; Relevant company systems and processes were further improved; The work of all departments came under better control, and a group of high-quality informatization and digitalization talents was cultivated for the company, helping enterprise development. Next, Soonfor project consultant Yang Xiuxi gave an overall summary of the implementation process and presented the project results through the concept of "three connections and four sharings," while also providing suggestions for later system use. Project completion does not mean the end of service. Soonfor project manager Han Dong gave a detailed explanation of the entire project execution process and subsequent service arrangements from five aspects: implementation scope, process review, result consolidation, service arrangements, and reflections on project completion. "Lihua Living has a complex business model, diverse customization needs, and a long service process, but its people are very straightforward and only think about how to do their work to the extreme. Under the pandemic, it still achieved rapid growth of more than 50 percent year after year, which is inseparable from the team's efficient execution." Mr. Ma, a Soonfor executive, highly affirmed Lihua's achievements and also offered frank suggestions for the future of Lihua Living's informatization and digitalization.
Lihua Living general manager Chen Yongji concluded: "The fact that this project could complete system switchover and go live within three months far exceeded my expectations. As everyone just mentioned, the rigor and tight linkage of the Soonfor system are exactly what we need for management and standardization, and they can help us achieve true integration of business and finance. This complete management-oriented digital management system from Soonfor is the best in the industry. I hope everyone will not relax but continue to dig deeply into the value of the Soonfor system and use it to its fullest." As the market develops rapidly and enterprise scale continues to expand, management models and business strategies urgently need improvement. Informatization, digitalization, and intelligentization have become the overall trend. Enterprises must keep pace with the times in order to adapt to the increasingly competitive internal and external environment.
