On May 10, the China High-End Whole-Wood Customization Industry High-Quality Development Conference and Industry Leaders Summit was grandly held in Nanxun, Zhejiang. Hosted by China Whole Wood Network and co-organized by Soonfor Software, Shangchen Furniture, and others, the conference brought together top globalsupply chains to empower the high-end whole-wood customization industry. The summit attracted more than 300 representatives from whole-wood high-end customization home furnishing enterprises across the country.
Nanxun, Zhejiang is known as the "Capital of Solid Wood Flooring" in China. As the market has evolved, Nanxun has now collectively transformed toward whole-wood development, crossing over into the production of wooden doors, wardrobes, cabinets, bookcases, wine cabinets, bathroom cabinets, and other home improvement products, providing consumers with more diversified one-stop home improvement services and becoming the "Capital of Whole-Wood in China."
With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous advance of digitalization trends, whole-wood furniture enterprises also need to transform and upgrade toward digitalization in order to adapt to changes in the market and consumer demand. Zhang Aiguo, chairman of Soonfor Software, attended the conference by invitation in his capacities as chairman of the Informatization Committee of the Guangdong Furniture Association, chairman of the Intelligent Manufacturing Committee of the Guangdong Furniture Association, expert on digital empowerment for manufacturing in Dongguan, and visiting professor at Central South University of Forestry and Technology. He delivered an on-site keynote sharing titled "The Key Digital Path for High-End Whole-Wood Customization Delivery," empowering high-end whole-wood customization home furnishing enterprises and promoting upgrades in industry management.
Integrated delivery is not the frightening part; what is frightening is failing to use digitalization well. Chairman Zhang Aiguo of Soonfor said: "At present, the delivery of high-end customization faces many bottlenecks and pain points, including the lack of integrated marketing, unclear processes, numerous departmental barriers, and software that is scattered and isolated. The existence of these problems not only affects delivery efficiency, but also keeps the overall costs of enterprises high." Zhang Aiguo emphasized that the root cause of the above bottlenecks and pain points lies in the word "customization." Behind customization lies an extreme degree of standardization; behind extreme standardization lies extreme digitalization; and the key path to realizing digitalization is "decoupling." To solve these problems, enterprises must introduce digitalization and achieve "decoupling." Only in this way can intermediate links be removed, digital "series connection" be carried out, and the delivery efficiency of whole-wood home furnishing enterprises be improved. Soonfor Software has been deeply involved in the home furnishing industry for more than 20 years. In the high-end whole-wood customization sector, it has many successful customer cases, including Tusan, ZBOM, Nanyang Dico, MOGANSHAN, Mulimuwai, Boloni, Runcheng Chuangzhan, Shuangye, Nuobei, and Sunshine Linsen. At the conference, Soonfor Software was invited to join the T20 top-quality supply chain and will continue empowering whole-wood customization enterprises in the future.
The subsequent forum session was also full of highlights, with representatives from various enterprises expressing their views and engaging in lively discussions from different professional perspectives. Chairman Zhang Aiguo of Soonfor also offered his own unique insights into the high-quality development of the whole-wood high-end customization industry. In the face of today's fierce market competition, whole-wood furniture enterprises need to formulate specific digital transformation plans based on their actual conditions and advance implementation step by step. Digital transformation is not something that can be achieved overnight; only through sustained investment and continuous innovation can enterprises gain an advantage in market competition!
