On May 29, 2023, Feiling Tools launched the Soonfor digitalization project, which will help Feiling achieve digital management across the entire value chain and move from rule by people to rule by data.
01 Get to Know Feiling Tools Zhejiang Feiling Tools Co., Ltd. (Feiling for short) was founded in Zhejiang, China, in 1999. It is dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of screwdrivers, hex keys, warning tapes, and other products, and holds a far-leading position in China's screwdriver sector. Feiling Tools was the first company to enter a provincial specialty hardware tools industrial park and was awarded the title of China Tool Hardware (Screwdriver) Industrial Base by the China National Hardware Association. Leading Production and Sales Scale Feiling Tools ranks among the top in China in total exports of comparable products. The company has established a global sales center in Shanghai, China, and exports its products in OEM and ODM formats to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Mexico, Japan, as well as countries and regions in South America and Southeast Asia. Strong Technical Capability Feiling Tools has a world-leading technical R&D team. Feiling established a factory in Thailand, and this step beyond China marked a strong beginning for a new global supply chain layout and accelerated the company's globalization process. The successful rollout of the project will provide Feiling Tools with more abundant and more complete data, offer more comprehensive support for business decision-making, and mark a new starting point for the company's development. At the kickoff meeting, General Manager Tang of Feiling introduced the project objectives and expressed full support for the initiative. She said: "The successful launch of the Feiling-Soonfor digitalization project is thanks to the active cooperation and participation of all colleagues in the company. I also hope that, under the guidance of Soonfor's consulting team, everyone will learn how to use the system and use it well. Over this period of time, I have been very happy to see everyone's effort and cooperation. I hope that, through our joint efforts, the Feiling digitalization project will ultimately go live smoothly and successfully." Zhang Zhenxiao, Soonfor's project director, introduced the Soonfor project team and its division of responsibilities, and explained in detail the project's implementation and control approach. Liu Yiyang, executive manager of the Feiling project team, said at the meeting: "Launching the Feiling-Soonfor digitalization project marks a new journey for Feiling, a journey toward deeper management, a process that is stronger than before and better suited to the realities of the enterprise, and an inevitable path for enterprise development under the current circumstances." As executive manager of the project team, Liu Yiyang also put forward relevant requirements for all departments to ensure the project goes live smoothly. Only with sound division of labor and close coordination can the Feiling digitalization project operate efficiently. Representatives from Feiling's departments spoke at the meeting, stating that they would be responsible for the project's go-live results and would spare no effort to complete the project. To help everyone gain a clearer understanding of the entire project process and ensure smooth project delivery, Soonfor implementation consultant Wang Haitao introduced the overall project scope and implementation plan, and explained the project milestones and process management. Both teams took a collective oath to ensure the smooth implementation of the Feiling Tools-Soonfor digitalization project. They pledged to stay results-oriented, execute tasks resolutely, go all out, and achieve the target.
