Starting from the upstream and downstream of the entire home furnishing industrial chain, he analyzed from strategic and overall perspectives the specific directions and methods through which digitalization can be realized. Through this course, the entrepreneurs deeply understood the underlying logic of digital transformation, providing strategic guidance and support for enterprise digital management.

After Chairman Zhang's course ended, the entrepreneurs continued sitting together on Soonfor's garden balcony for brainstorming.
