On September 19, 2023, the Jinhaima-Soonfor digitalization project was successfully closed. This Soonfor digitalization project launch involved the dealer channel end, all enterprise departments, and the production and manufacturing end. From kickoff to closure, it took only more than 70 consultant person-days and less than five months to complete efficiently, showing extremely strong team execution. 01 Results display: connecting full-chain data Jinhaima mainly operates upholstered furniture and is one of the earliest private home furnishing enterprises in China, a domestic brand with 40 years of history. This project realized convenient management from dealer management to full-process internal enterprise management and mobile production completion reporting, connected full-chain data, and greatly improved efficient collaborative operations from order receipt to shipment. The information application granularity of each department is detailed and high-quality, such as product system attribute management, real-time on-site work reporting and piece-rate wages, accurate cost accounting, and more... Speech by Jinhaima Director Fu Director Fu of Jinhaima said: Furniture manufacturing is about making physical products, and this requires introducing advanced management models to solve real problems in a practical way. On the road of digital transformation, what I care about most is management data, which is a pain point for our enterprise. With the Soonfor digital system, we can use tools to conduct operational analysis. The system can keep data synchronized and better support our management. In this process, the most important thing is whether we have an understanding of digitalization and a deep awareness of the role of standardization and dataization. 2. Speech by Jinhaima General Manager Zhai General Manager Zhai of Jinhaima said: Our purpose in launching the digital system is to realize dataization of the entire enterprise operation. The greatest role of the Soonfor system is that it unified our thinking and made us begin to respect processes and hold processes in awe. During use, we also saw the benefits of the system. The system is only a tool and an enabler, and ultimately it is we ourselves who must use it to maximize efficiency. Jinhaima has been in a very traditional industry from the beginning, but the more traditional the industry is, the more opportunities there are. In the process of enterprise development, we must improve our own professionalism. Speeches by user representatives from all departments User representatives from Jinhaima departments such as R&D, customer service, production, and finance spoke, summarizing the work efficiency brought by the application of the Soonfor digitalization project and the convenience and benefits after use. 5. Distribution of award fund During the launch process of the Jinhaima-Soonfor digitalization project, the preliminary basic workload was heavy. All project members invested a great deal of energy and time, and many colleagues worked overtime and actively cooperated.
