Recently, Feiling Tools, known as the aircraft carrier of the screwdriver industry,? successfully held the closing meeting for its Soonfor digital project. This marks that Feiling Tools has truly achieved the project goals of transforming from management led by rule of man? to management led mainly by digital governance,? and from establishing management tools to establishing a management system, realizing fully automated and integrated management of business flow, financial document flow, and data flow.

01. Unified group management platform

Feiling, Maite, and the Thailand company, three company bases, have all been unified into one group management platform. Basic data is highly shared, management rules are standardized and unified, and management collaboration among various organizations within the group has been greatly simplified and facilitated;

Departments within the organization are also connected through the system platform, greatly improving management efficiency and digital control. Examples include production forecast control, procurement price control, business expense control, warehouse inventory adjustment control, accounting timeliness control, production plan outsourcing dispatch control, and control over material application quantities and material issuance quantities.

02. Refined production management

Basic data is shared and coordinated among production bases within the group on the premise of ensuring data security, simplifying production coordination and operations and standardizing them in a unified way; real-time and transparent piece-rate wages on the production site, with clear presentation of production capacity and employee efficiency;

The accounting of standard cost and actual cost data audits the control of production costs and also reflects the rationality and accuracy of the BOM and labor rates of the production department; abnormal data and problems in the production management process help discover problems, expose problems, and solve problems in the management process.

03. Systematic and automated management processes

Objectively record and process original data throughout the whole process, track change trajectories, and avoid human factors.

Through preset process rules in the system, operators in all departments use shared resources reasonably and arrange work rationally under system control, making work process-oriented and automated.

04. Improved employee quality

Through the use of the Soonfor system and learning systematic management thinking, not only has Feiling's entire staff changed their understanding of data quality, but everyone's work habits and methods have also changed.
