Baining Bedding belongs to Guanghui Home Group, a leading Chinese home furnishing brand. Guanghui Home is one of the largest operators in the Pearl River Delta by business area, number of stores, and product categories, covering furniture manufacturing bases, building materials, furniture malls, mattress factories, real estate, and other diversified businesses.
The company was export-oriented in its early years, with products sold to North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other markets. In 2008, it adjusted product development and business direction and entered the domestic market strongly. Project Launch Statements
General Manager Yang said that the company's former management model no longer fits current market demand. Baining chose Soonfor because of its professionalism in pan-home digitalization and expects the project to improve sales, procurement, finance, production, and customer-side management efficiency.
Project Manager Huang noted that the company had proposed replacing its digital system three years earlier. During the pandemic, business volume continued to rise, exposing more management problems and making the Soonfor project necessary for improving the management system and work efficiency.
Project Executive Manager Wu said the finance department will benefit significantly through clearer reconciliation and data checking. The project is expected to realize integrated business, production, and financial management while optimizing all management processes.
