On April 25, the 17th Soonfor Academy Private Board Meeting was successfully held. With the theme of How Broad Home Furnishing Enterprises Can Open Top-level Thinking in Digital Transformation, the event aimed to help broad home furnishing enterprises gain a deeper understanding of the underlying logic and top-level thinking of enterprise digital transformation, effectively promote digital transformation and upgrading, and drive high-quality development.
I. Immersive Experience Deeply Understanding Digitalization in the Home Furnishing Industry During the event, Soonfor Software senior consultant Liu Yihui led entrepreneurs on an in-depth visit and study tour of Soonfor, where, through Soonfor's sound-light-electronics home furnishing 3D operations sand table and intelligent manufacturing principle factory, everyone gained a detailed understanding of how enterprises can carry out overall digital planning and realize the C2M intelligent manufacturing model. Zhu Chunmei, director of key accounts at Soonfor Software, also helped the entrepreneurs gain an in-depth understanding of digitalization in the home furnishing industry through Soonfor's home furnishing dojo and numerous lighthouse cases.

II. Immersive Learning The Underlying Logic, Top-level Thinking, and Practical Solutions of Enterprise Digitalization Next, Zhang Aiguo, chairman of Soonfor Software, visiting professor at Central South University of Forestry and Technology, and chairman of the Guangdong Intelligent Manufacturing Special Committee, gave a lecture titled "Top-level Thinking on the Digital Transformation of Broad Home Furnishing Enterprises." Through this course, broad home furnishing enterprises were helped to understand that behind digitalization lie extreme standardization and the connection and integration of the entire value chain.

Immediately afterward, Soonfor senior consultant Lai Yuxiang took production scheduling, one of the most important aspects of manufacturing, as the entry point and explained the 69 key nodes of the full value chain for broad home furnishing enterprises, allowing everyone to clearly understand how each key node should be managed and how efficient collaboration can be achieved, thereby helping enterprises realize full-chain digitalization. III. Immersive Sharing Brainstorming and Open Exchange After the course session ended, the attending entrepreneurs spoke one by one about their views on enterprise management, shared the development histories of their own companies and the pain points and difficulties encountered in management, explored ways for enterprises to respond, and gained new inspiration through immersive interaction. 01 Our company attaches great importance to digital development. We started working on this more than ten years ago and benefited from the dividends of the era. The company's development has benefited from the boss placing great importance on digitalization. I believe that as enterprise management continues to upgrade and company scale keeps growing, it is absolutely necessary for systems to go first, so it is essential to choose a professional software company that can support the business over the long run. 02 As a management consulting company that has developed over many years, I also want to offer some advice to top leaders of home furnishing enterprises: the top leader must have a clear understanding of digitalization; when choosing a system, they must choose a professional software company focused on this industry; the boss must personally participate in the digital project and must have determination and perseverance, because some management teams have entrenched thinking that is difficult to change. Software can solidify what we do in management consulting into systems, allowing everyone to work according to process. 03 As I understand it, digitalization actually originated in the 1990s. Given the still relatively backward level of digitalization in the home furnishing industry, and because the industry was rough enough, there was room for us to develop over so many years. Now that users' personalized needs are increasingly becoming mainstream, enterprises have reached a point where digital development is a necessity. We must have the ability to understand the market and make decisions if we want our enterprises to remain invincible. 04 Our company has always focused its attention on R&D and product marketing, and we really neglected internal enterprise management. After listening to so many suggestions and insights from peers just now, I truly realized that digitalization really needs to be pushed forward as soon as possible, but we still do not know how to do it. We will start attaching importance to this area next. We hope Soonfor can give us professional suggestions and guidance. 05 Our company has always operated with workshop-style management. Today we do this, tomorrow we do that, and we make whatever the customer needs. There has been no so-called standardization or process management. After hearing the suggestions of peers and Chairman Zhang from Soonfor today, I feel that our management is indeed still very irregular. 06 Our company makes smart sofas. In the past, we mainly targeted international markets, where customer demand was relatively simple and there was no so-called multi-category complexity. Later, after shifting to the domestic market with more diverse demand, we found ourselves constantly facing changes in requirements. So we started selecting a digital system, and after choosing Soonfor, many of our issues with incomplete data improved a lot. In the future, we also hope to advance the intelligent manufacturing advocated by the country. 07 I operate in overseas mid-to-high-end retail markets, where the prices offered are relatively high. We provide nanny-style support to our suppliers, but suppliers often come back and say they cannot continue at these prices because there is no profit. I found the problem is that many of them still do not use systems for management. They urgently need digital management to help them reduce costs and improve efficiency. After listening to the entrepreneurs, Chairman Zhang of Soonfor mainly added the following points: In the management process, enterprises must clearly understand that process orientation, standardization, normalization, and digitalization are very important and practical management methods. They can play an important role in enterprise management and provide foundational data support for enterprise development and operations. Digitalization is a top-leader project and an unavoidable management method for home furnishing enterprises. I suggest that everyone devote more energy to it and truly value it. If you do, you will succeed. The top leader must personally get involved and think clearly about the direction of the enterprise's digital development. Some enterprises grow especially fast, and that cannot be separated from the top leader's personal participation and determination to make digitalization work well. Many employees resist the implementation of digital systems. Everyone must see the long-term benefits and persist in making it successful. Once the project is implemented, the benefits it brings to both the company and individuals will be obvious. IV. Conclusion At present, digital transformation has become one of the major trends in manufacturing today, affecting the development and competitive landscape of all industries. For broad home furnishing enterprises, digital transformation is a complex and critical strategic initiative that can bring enormous competitive advantages and opportunities for sustained growth. It is no longer just an option, but an urgent necessity and a key engine driving enterprise development. From 2:30 in the afternoon to 11 at night, just over 8. short hours were not enough to fully explain the grand topic of digitalization. The road of digitalization remains long and challenging, and every manager needs to personally get involved, value it, and think deeply about it.
