Recently, Poh Huat Malaysia launched a Soonfor digitalization project to accelerate the enterprise's pace of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation, which willrealize integrated digital management across the full chain from front-end marketing and factory manufacturing to finance for Poh Huat Malaysia.

As the market environment changes, orders become smaller and more varied, and customers place stricter demands on cost and quality. To meet the group's need for more refined and integrated management, Malaibofa has once again joined hands with Soonfor to launch a digital project. This project will help the enterprise achieve comprehensive, refined, systematic, accurate, and timely data monitoring and management, improve managers' understanding of business operations, and provide strong support for the enterprise's sustainable development.

The project launch is closely related to every member. During project implementation, both teams need to cooperate with each other. At the launch meeting, Poh Huat project leader ALEX, Soonfor project director Zhang Zhenxiao, and Soonfor implementation consultant Yu Xinrong respectively explained in detail the project teams of both sides, their division of responsibilities, implementation precautions, project goals, plans, and quality control.
