He said, "Digitalization is part of the company's strategic plan and a decision made by the leadership. We must first have a correct understanding, clearly recognize the importance of the digital project to the company's survival and development, and understand the role we each play and the responsibilities we bear. The launch of the digital project is the first step in our transformational rebirth and has milestone significance. The project is also a top-priority leadership initiative. The heads of all departments must act quickly, lead all their team members to participate actively, and ensure strict implementation. There will be many difficulties in launching the system, and the preliminary work is also very tedious, but as long as we devote energy and persevere, I believe we will achieve complete success." He Bing, execution manager of the Leclair project, said, "We hope that through the launch of this digital system, we can solve the various management problems faced internally. Once the internal processes are fully connected, the company also plans to implement lean production and intelligent management in the future. We aim to build our company into an advanced enterprise featuring "five first-class strengths and four integrated transformations." I hope everyone here can grow quickly, integrate quickly, and get things done well and correctly together." Five first-class strengths, four integrated transformations Five first-class strengths: achieve the integration of the company's five flows - product flow, unit flow, capital flow, logistics, and information flow; Four integrated transformations: achieve supply chain visibility, management informatization, intelligent warehousing and logistics, and maximized overall profit. Zhang Zhenxiao, Soonfor project director, said, "The first purpose of implementing the system is to improve the company's overall efficiency, and on another level it is to improve each employee's personal capability. Digitalization itself is a process of defining workflows and standards, then executing them through the system with quantified metrics and performance management. Soonfor has worked on digital systems for more than 20 years and will use resources from all sides of the company to ensure the project lands successfully." In the long run, digital management will certainly help achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and everyone must be determined to succeed. Representatives of each department also stated that they would overcome all difficulties, actively cooperate with Soonfor's consultants, and ensure the project goes live successfully!
