In this cooperation with Soonfor, ZBOM Home selected the APS system, MES system, and WMS system to comprehensively enhance back-end production.
1. Helping optimize production scheduling: APS system
In the daily production of furniture enterprises, because the actual production capacity and material conditions on the shop floor cannot be confirmed, most companies adopt an order-taking approach of accepting any order that comes in and a production scheduling method based on rough capacity estimates. Under the dual pressure of delivery standards and delivery times, production workshops often have to rely on overtime and outsourcing to meet order cycles.
APS, also known as the Advanced Planning and Scheduling system, can solve the problems caused by information asymmetry between order taking and production capacity. It is believed that ZBOM Home's product delivery capability will rise to a new level.
2. Helping optimize the production process: MES system
Having only a production plan is not enough. Thorough planning also requires strict execution. The specific management of the production workshop depends on MES, the Manufacturing Execution System.

3. Achieving a substantial reduction in inventory: WMS system
