Q: What have the cooperation results been? Are there any benchmark cases in specific sectors?

Zhang Aiguo: In the bathroom industry, there is a benchmark case, SHKL. At present, SHKL has joined hands with Kujiale, Soonfor Home Software, and TopSolid to establish a one-stop service model integrating front-end design, mid-end production, and back-end service.

In the early stage, SHKL's technical department had more than 40 employees dedicated solely to order splitting in order to produce drawings, and there were many process nodes with unclear coordination, making overall efficiency very low. At that time, it was difficult to complete even 10 custom bathroom cabinet solutions in a single day, and only 300 to 400 sets could be completed in a month. After connecting the various software systems, SHKL's production efficiency increased tenfold. Now SHKL can produce 100 solutions in a single day.

Zhang Aiguo: Customization enterprises have two major pain points. One is how to connect the entire process from traffic generation, measurement, design, ordering, order splitting, production planning, logistics planning, purchasing, inventory, numerous production nodes, shipping and delivery, installation, customer reviews, and repeat and referral purchases, so as to achieve highly efficient collaborative management. The other is how to handle key nodes with enough depth, accuracy, and detail to improve efficiency, such as how to achieve fast design, good visual results, and high conversion rates in the design stage. Therefore, in the informatization process of enterprises, management software and functional software need to divide their work and cooperate.
