In the information age, Tang Jun, the person in charge of production for the Ouda Furniture MES project, believes that big data is the most valuable asset today. He hopes and believes that through the implementation of the Soonfor MES system, production management can become more refined and precise, and production big data can become more complete and systematic. It will certainly also raise the company's digital management level to a new stage.

He explained that in Ouda Furniture's previous production management process, whether it was production process management, processing drawing management, or quality problem analysis, some scattered data had been accumulated. However, these data were difficult to use for analysis or for identifying the key pain points in production. This time, the company needs to use the Soonfor MES system to connect production management into a systematic whole, so that production status and problems can be clearly, transparently, and in real time presented. The company wants the accurately collected system data and the clearly presented workshop issues to truly be used for management, assist production management, and improve the factory's overall management efficiency.

After that, Soonfor MES implementation consultant Zhang Qingliang introduced the project implementation scope and goals of the Ouda Furniture-Soonfor MES system, and explained and set requirements for the project's overall implementation plan and specific timeline arrangement. He also promised to do everything possible to complete the project.

Director Zhang first briefly reviewed the multiple phases of informatization projects that both sides had successfully completed over the years. He fully recognized and trusted the clear goals, proactive attitude, and pragmatic working style of the Ouda management team in previous phases and in the early stage of this phase. At the same time, he also introduced to the Ouda team some of Soonfor's cases in the home furnishing industry, as well as certain management and informatization achievements, and shared implementation precautions.
