D&B joins hands with Soonfor to launch transformation and fully start informatization construction!

On the afternoon of June 4, Chengdu D&B Smart Home Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Soonfor Furniture Software Co., Ltd. jointly held the D&B and Soonfor ERP and MES Project Launch Ceremony, reaching a strategic cooperation on informatization.

Both sides clarified the strategic goals, task deployment, and key difficulties of the D&B Home project, with special emphasis on full participation and the practical implementation feasibility of the solution.

Founded in 2003, D&B Home is located in Chengdu Furniture Industrial Park, the largest furniture production industrial park in Asia. After 16 years of rapid development, it has grown into a large comprehensive civil furniture enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales.

The market environment changes rapidly. Traditional industry enterprises that still use old thinking for production and operation will inevitably run into obstacles.

On one hand, the rapid development of the consumer internet and the iteration of consumer groups have caused a sharp decline in store traffic. On the other hand, traditional factory workshops cannot respond to terminal demand in real time, bringing many difficulties to management and operations and making it hard to respond promptly to emergencies such as the pandemic.

Soonfor Deputy General Manager Ma Jianrong first explained the overall project structure. She pointed out that introducing Soonfor's ERP, MES, and EBS systems is intended to lay the foundation for D&B's management platform, break the former scattered and isolated situation among departments, and build smooth production lines to coordinate production, management, operations, and a series of other processes.

Soonfor F19 ERP Management System and MES Production Management System are important carriers for D&B's digital project. They aim to improve enterprise informatization and production-side efficiency, and the project leaders from both sides discussed this in detail.
