In order to improve the company's digital management level, after a rigorous and comprehensive selection process, Nuojia Furniture Co., Ltd. joined hands with Soonfor Software on the afternoon of December 16, 2016 to promote enterprise digitalization. The ERP project kickoff meeting was successfully held, and the company's ERP project implementation work was officially launched. The general manager of Nuojia Furniture, company executives, the heads of the company's ERP project team, and all members of the Soonfor Furniture Software project team attended the meeting.
At the kickoff meeting, President Zhang of Nuojia affirmed the major significance of Nuojia Furniture's implementation of Soonfor Furniture ERP in improving enterprise management standards. He said, "In an era of rapid digital development, digital management will certainly become the trend in the transformation of enterprise management models. Since its establishment, Nuojia Furniture has long used a relatively traditional management model. Now the time has come to keep pace with the times and transform and upgrade. Therefore, the urgency and importance of cooperating with Soonfor and launching the ERP system are self-evident."
President Zhang of Nuojia Furniture said, "The enterprise should accelerate the pace of digital development and achieve a comprehensive and systematic review, improvement, optimization, and management transformation of its business, processes, and management system. Only when all members of the company strive to do things well and make them bigger can the company become stronger." He emphasized, "As a top-management-led project, we will encounter many problems throughout the ERP go-live process. President Zhang put forward the following requirements to all members of the ERP project team: one belief, success is the only option and failure is not allowed; two principles, business first and IT as support, and proceed step by step; three requirements, attach high importance across the whole company, make thorough plans and advance steadily, and ensure that all business operators work together and fight hard. Mobilize all available resources, fully support the company's digital development, and ensure the successful implementation of the project. Director Zhang of the Soonfor Software project team and other team members introduced the project background, overall project plan and implementation methods, organizational structure, and project management, giving everyone a full understanding of the timeline, steps, and methods involved in the implementation process. The kickoff meeting of the Soonfor Furniture ERP project is an important milestone in Nuojia Furniture's digital development.
