Chongqing Langsa Group Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise integrating the design, manufacturing, and sales of panel furniture, solid wood furniture, sofas, mattresses, and other products. It now has 6. marketing branches, more than 20 directly operated specialty stores, and more than 400 agents distributed across 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide.

As Langsa continued to develop and expand, it faced the difficulty of relatively lagging digitalization. Its original management system could no longer provide strong support for enterprise management. Problems included irregular management of production material issuance, serious material waste, a large amount of customization causing chaotic inventory, confused shipment operations, serious outbound shipping errors and omissions, scattered BOM data, unclear costs, and most statistical reports being handled manually with low efficiency. To solve this series of problems, Langsa's leadership made a wise choice.

Langsa's leadership expressed great satisfaction with the process and results of Soonfor's successful ERP implementation. It achieved the goals of process reorganization and standardization, transformation of management concepts, and testing of the production management team, thereby forming a sustainably developing management system, which had long been the direction explored by Langsa's leadership.

Langsa stated that it hopes to continue its cooperation with Soonfor, and the second-phase Soonfor MES project is already under preparation.
