On the evening of April 7, 2016, Wanhengtong Group grandly held the Comprehensive Launch Conference for the Wanhengtong Group Information Management Project in the conference room on the third floor of its headquarters. Attendees included Mr. Wang Jianwen, Chairman of the Group; Ms. Liang Bixia, Vice Chairwoman; senior executives from the group headquarters and affiliated enterprises; department heads from the group's factories; and, by invitation, Mr. Zhang Aiguo, Chairman of Soonfor Furniture Software (International) Co., Ltd., Mr. Xu Kaiyong, Director of the Strategic Customer Management Department, Mr. Zhang Zhenxiao, Director of the Implementation Service Center, as well as the Soonfor project implementation team.
Wanhengtong Group and Soonfor formed a strategic partnership to comprehensively promote three major product lines: Soonfor marketing channel management, factory management, and supply chain management, striving to bring all of them online within two years. Specifically, these include the Soonfor F19 Information Management Platform, Soonfor RFID Anti-Counterfeiting Traceability System, Soonfor EBS Dealer Online and Mobile Ordering System, Soonfor CRM Customer Relationship Management System, Soonfor Furniture DRP Distribution Management System, Soonfor E-commerce Management System, Soonfor O2O Micro Mall, Soonfor F19 Furniture ERP Management System, Soonfor Automated Warehouse Management System, Soonfor RFID Workshop MES Production Site Management System, MDC Equipment Interconnection, Soonfor SCM Supply Chain Management System, and Soonfor EMM Enterprise Management Monitor.
The launch conference began promptly at 19:00. First, Mr. Wang Jianwen, Chairman of Wanhengtong Group, officially announced the full launch of the Wanhengtong-Soonfor Information Management Project and delivered important instructions and requirements for the conference. Regarding the company's comprehensive promotion of the Soonfor information management system, Chairman Wang was full of confidence and ambition, requiring the entire group and all factories to fully cooperate and complete all targets and requirements assigned by the consultants.
Next, Soonfor General Manager Zhang Aiguo gave a speech. He explained the far-reaching significance of Wanhengtong Group's comprehensive implementation of the Soonfor information system, as well as the overall requirements for the Soonfor project team. Finally, on behalf of Soonfor's management team, he promised Wanhengtong Group that Soonfor would go all out to complete the construction of Wanhengtong Group's integrated information platform.
After that, members of Soonfor's management team separately presented the overall plan and recommendations for digital development, implementation steps and key precautions, the organizational structure of the Soonfor project team and the duties and tasks of each member, as well as the project advancement plan for this phase. All members expressed their confidence and commitment to going all out to complete the project.
According to the agenda, Mr. Gong Degui, representative of the Wanhengtong Group information project team, presented his views and working suggestions on information management. At the same time, he made a commitment on behalf of the team to fully cooperate with the consultants and ensure that all tasks and requirements would be completed on time and with quality.
Mr. Tang Xinmin, Manager of Wanhengtong Home Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliated factory of Wanhengtong Group, was the first to come on stage to express full cooperation and support for the project team's work, demonstrating confidence and determination in promoting the information management project. His speech pushed the meeting to a climax. Under the leadership of President Wang and Assistant General Manager Liang, all attendees came to the stage one by one to solemnly sign their names and read the oath aloud on the spot.
During the summary stage of the conference, Ms. Liang Bixia, Assistant General Manager of Wanhengtong Group, came to the stage to summarize the core content of the meeting and reiterated the importance of the management team's proposed Three Major Disciplines and Eight Key Points for Attention. She also presided over the review and signing ceremony of the project pledge orders and the unveiling ceremony of the special reward fund for the information project, and finally put forward earnest hopes and strict requirements for the project's advancement.
The holding of this comprehensive information management project launch conference under the theme Information Leads Management, and Platforms Carry Dreams marks Wanhengtong Group's full stride into the era of data-driven information management.
