On July 27, 2021, the project summary meeting for the Power Dekor-Soonfor OES system was successfully held at the group headquarters. Project leaders from both sides and all participating personnel attended the meeting. POWER SPACE, the whole-home customization and move-in-ready strategic business unit of Power Dekor Group, creates value output through floor, wall, and ceiling systems as well as functional planning and personalized custom design for the whole home, realizing integration, a sense of exclusivity, and light social functions. Based on consumers' living habits and personalized needs, it creates smart, comfortable, warm, and natural home living scenes for each consumer, thereby meeting the diversified and personalized spatial needs of different user groups. At the beginning of the meeting, Shen Xiaoming, chief architect of the Digital Center of Power Dekor Group, shared and reported the achievements of the Power Dekor-Soonfor OES system project: l Delivery schedules have become more stable and controllable, with full-process order management, clear and controllable nodes and progress, and transparent progress; l Front-end and back-end integration has been achieved, with seamless integration with the design software Kujiale, enabling design renderings, quotations, CAD files, and other materials to be called up and viewed at any time, while also supporting automatic order splitting; l Task issuance is efficient and accurate, production materials are transparent, and in terms of orders, the system automatically records new orders as well as additions, reductions, and modifications, making all order changes traceable; l Automatic early warning and risk control expose possible risks in advance and avoid losses. Afterward, Soonfor Implementation Director Han Dong said that the Soonfor follow-up team would continue to support the progress of the entire project. He also provided relevant suggestions for the further extension of Power Dekor's digitalization planning. Qian Wenda, General Manager of Power Dekor Space under Power Dekor Group, said: "The launch of the first phase of the OES system is the first step in Power Dekor Group's whole-home space strategy. Next, we must continue accelerating digital transformation and upgrading in capital management, after-sales service, and marketing to create more value for whole-home space customers." The successful launch of the project could not have happened without the joint efforts of all project participants. During the celebration segment, everyone shared the joy of the OES project achieving phased success together.
