At the project kick-off meeting, Soonfor implementation instructor Tang Xiaoyun focused on explaining the project objectives, plan, implementation approach, and expected results. Based on in-depth research into Xinhongyang's business processes, organizational performance, order control, planning optimization, supplier management, and other areas, Tang explained how to connect the entire chain from customers to the supply chain and improve overall turnover efficiency. The project aims to implement the strategy of "preventing complexity at the front end, reducing burden at the back end, and eliminating disorder in the middle," select better customers and products to enhance overall competitiveness, remove blind spots in existing processes through process reengineering, open up and optimize cooperation barriers among customers, Xinhongyang, and suppliers, as well as cross-company and cross-department collaboration barriers within Xinhongyang, and comprehensively improve Xinhongyang's operating management efficiency and objectives.
