The List of Dongguan's Doubling Plan Enterprises for 2022 Has Been Announced, and Soonfor Software Is Included!

Recently, the Dongguan Municipal Office for the Doubling Plan issued the Public Notice on the 2022 List of Dongguan Municipal Doubling Plan Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the Notice). The Notice states that the municipal office carried out a dynamic adjustment of the 2022 Dongguan Doubling Plan enterprise list. After deliberation at the meeting of the leading group for the municipal Doubling Plan, the 2022 list of pilot enterprises for the Dongguan Doubling Plan and the 2022 list of Dongguan coordinated doubling enterprises were determined, including 521 pilot enterprises under the Doubling Plan and 500 coordinated doubling enterprises.

The public notice period runs from now until May 30, 2022. During the notice period, any unit or individual with objections to the enterprise list may submit them in writing to the municipal Doubling Plan office within the notice period, signing with their real name or affixing the official seal of the unit, indicating contact information, and providing the specific matters being reported together with relevant supporting materials.

According to the public notice list, 23 enterprises in Nancheng were included among the pilot enterprises of the Doubling Plan, and 9. enterprises were included among the coordinated doubling enterprises (the detailed list is shown below). After the public notice is completed without objection, these enterprises will enjoy a package of policy support under the Doubling Plan, with a maximum of RMB 12 million available for a single item.

What Is the Doubling Plan?

The Doubling Plan refers to Dongguan's selection of a group of outstanding existing enterprises for key cultivation in accordance with the principle of selecting the best and strengthening the strong. It supports enterprises in enhancing their comprehensive competitiveness through technological innovation, development of headquarters economy, promotion of mergers and acquisitions, strengthening industrial chain integration, and reinforcing capital operations, striving within 3. to 5. years to help pilot enterprises double in both scale and efficiency. It is an important initiative for Dongguan to strongly support the real economy and promote high-quality economic development.

Since 2017, Dongguan has vigorously advanced the Doubling Plan by selecting a group of pilot enterprises, allocating targeted support policies, strengthening precise policy support, and supporting enterprises in doubling their scale and efficiency through capital increases, capacity expansion, mergers, reorganizations, and other methods.

At present, doubling enterprises have become a powerful lever for Dongguan in exploring the path toward high-quality development of manufacturing, and the Doubling Plan has also become a shining calling card for the city's high-quality economic development. According to the 2021 Dongguan economic performance data released by the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Statistics, in 2021, 410 industrial enterprises under the Doubling Plan across the city, including honorary enterprises, achieved added value of RMB 138.136 billion, up 18.0%, which was 7.8. percentage points faster than the city's industrial enterprises above designated size.
