Suilong and Lingmeng Furniture Join Hands with Soonfor Software, Taking Digital Construction to a New Stage

Foshan Suilong Furniture Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Jiujiang Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, one of China's major furniture hubs. It is a large-scale furniture enterprise integrating the R&D, production, and sales of mid-to-high-end mattresses, upholstered beds, bedding, and related products. The company is a council member of the Guangzhou Furniture Association and a member of the Jiujiang Furniture Industry Association of Nanhai District, Foshan. Guangdong Lingmeng Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2019. Located in Shatou Industrial Park, Jiujiang Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong Province, it is a large-scale furniture and textile enterprise integrating the R&D, production, and sales of low-, mid-, and high-end mattresses, bed frames, and non-woven fabrics. Its products are exported to Asia, North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and other regions. It has passed ISO certification and has received honors such as National High-Tech Enterprise, Guangdong Integrity Demonstration Enterprise, China Green and Environmentally Friendly Product, China Independent Innovation Product, and National Consumer Trusted and Satisfied Brand.

On July 22, the launch meeting for the Suilong, Lingmeng Furniture & Soonfor Software digitalization project was successfully held. The kickoff meeting received great attention from both teams. Chairman Cui Youxian, General Manager Cui Zhihao, Project Director Chen Qiumei, Project Manager Hu Jian, Soonfor Software Implementation Director Zhang Zhenxiao, Implementation Consultant Nie Yunxia, and project team members from both sides attended the meeting.

At the meeting, General Manager Cui Jiahao said, "The market changes rapidly and competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly intense. To survive and develop, we must change the extensive management model and move toward refined management. After careful research and selection, we ultimately chose to join hands with Soonfor Software. At the kickoff meeting, Project Director Chen Qiumei elaborated on the goals and tasks of the project, the reward and penalty system, and the job responsibilities, clarifying the core work for both project teams in the next stage and providing direction for the advancement of the entire digitalization project.

This project covers nine major modules, including human resources, production, procurement, and business operations. Soonfor implementation consultant Nie Yunxia explained the implementation scope, implementation methods, implementation plan, project deliverables, division of responsibilities, and success assurance factors for the project.
