As the Chief Editor Unit, Soonfor Software Attended the Third Working Meeting on the Technical Architecture of Smart Factories for Pan-home Industrial Internet!

On August 16, 2022, under the auspices of the Furniture and Decoration Industry Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the third standards working meeting for the Pan-Home Industrial Internet Smart Factory Technical System Architecture, the first standards working meeting for Antibacterial and Mold-Resistant Furniture, and the first standards working meeting for Ceramic Sintered Slabs for Home Use were grandly held.

Due to the pandemic, the conference was held both online and offline. Ming Zhanxi, deputy secretary-general of the Furniture and Decoration Industry Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and deputy director of the Standards Committee, chaired the meeting.

Eighteen lead drafting organizations for the Pan-Home Industrial Internet Smart Factory Technical System Architecture standard, including Zhongke Youming Intelligent Manufacturing Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Soonfor Software Co., Ltd., as well as 46 participating organizations including Guangdong Yaodonghua Decorative Materials Technology Co., Ltd.; six lead drafting organizations for the Antibacterial and Mold-Resistant Furniture standard, including Chengdu Tianyou Jingchuang Technology Co., Ltd., together with seven participating organizations such as Haier Digital Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. and Nature Home (China) Co., Ltd.; and six lead drafting and participating organizations for the Ceramic Sintered Slabs for Home Use standard, including Guangdong Dongpeng Holdings Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Shunhui New Material Technology Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.

In his speech, Deputy Secretary-General Ming Zhanxi mentioned that in order to regulate industry development and enable the long-term healthy development of the furniture industry, the chamber's standardization working committee has actively played its organizational role by joining hands with enterprises across the home furnishing industry, research institutes, colleges and universities, and other relevant organizations and experts to comprehensively carry out the formulation and revision of industry standards. With the support of member enterprises, standards development has moved forward steadily. The hard work of the chamber's standardization working group as well as the lead drafting and participating units has laid a solid foundation for standardization work and filled everyone with encouragement and confidence.

He also mentioned that the formulation of industry standards is crucial to the development of an industry. Without unified and well-developed standards, there will be no bright future for the industry and no better tomorrow for enterprises. The home furnishing industry has now reached a crossroads where it must move to a new level and achieve leapfrog development. The establishment of industry standards is both necessary and urgent. We must go all out, make persistent efforts, courageously shoulder responsibilities, unite as one, deliver a qualified answer sheet to the industry and to the future, and contribute greatly to promoting the development of the industry.

Liu Yang of Chengdu Tianyou introduced the drafting progress of the Antibacterial and Mold-Resistant Furniture standard, and Cao Ting of Guangdong Dongpeng Holdings Co., Ltd. introduced matters related to the Ceramic Sintered Slabs for Home Use standard. Li Xinbing of Sophia Home Co., Ltd., representatives from Haier Digital Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd., Xu Dongtao of Guangdong Lauka Furniture Co., Ltd., Lai Haishui of Nature Home (China) Co., Ltd., Huang Chao of Guangdong Shunhui New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Huang Minna of Guangdong Kano Home Co., Ltd., and other participating units conducted careful discussions on the content of the standards.

The convening of this meeting is the result of the concerted efforts of the chamber's leaders at all levels, numerous home furnishing enterprises, and many entrepreneurs. It is a milestone in the progress of standards work in the home furnishing industry and will surely ensure that the standardization work of the home furnishing industry advances in a solid and practical manner.
