Shandong Yunfeng MoGanShan Home - Soonfor Intelligent Manufacturing Project Grandly Launches

At present, China's manufacturing sector is facing the historic task of transformation and upgrading. Over the past two years, the country has successively released three major planning systems around the "Made in China 2025" strategy the Smart Manufacturing Development Plan, Made in China 2025, and the "1+X" framework accelerating five major initiatives including manufacturing innovation center construction, smart manufacturing, industrial foundation strengthening, green manufacturing, and high-end equipment innovation, and laying a solid foundation for the overall transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.

On August 24, 2022, the kickoff meeting for the Shandong Yunfeng MOGANSHAN Home-Soonfor smart manufacturing project was grandly held, with executives and all project members from both sides attending.

This project is a key project in Shandong Province. Located in Feixian County, Linyi, Shandong, it involves a total investment of RMB 700 million, including RMB 400 million in the first phase, and is designed to build a smart manufacturing production base with annual output value of RMB 1. billion, providing consumers with green and environmentally friendly whole-house customized home furnishings.

MOGANSHAN Whole-House Customization was founded in 2010, covers an area of 100 mu, has a total investment of RMB 150 million, owns 70,000 square meters of modern standard workshops, and has imported HOMAG equipment worth about RMB 30 million.

At the kickoff meeting, Wang Lin, project manager of Shandong Yunfeng MOGANSHAN Home, gave a detailed introduction to the relevant systems, organizational structure, and main responsibilities of the core team members for this smart manufacturing project, and officially announced the launch of the project.

Project success requires strong execution. A smart manufacturing project is fundamentally a management project that pursues overall optimization, which requires continuous communication between both teams, timely problem summarization, and ongoing improvement. Ma Jianrong, Vice President of Soonfor, introduced the Soonfor project team and the division of responsibilities, and used the "three major disciplines and eight points for attention" to explain the importance of project execution and how to ensure quality control during implementation.
