Markor Home's Vietnam Factory Launches the Soonfor Informatization Project to Help the Enterprise Achieve Integration of Business and Finance!

On November 15, 2022, Markor Homes Vietnam factory launched the Soonfor informatization project. Markor Vietnam General Manager Zhang Xiaojin, project deputy team leaders Hu Tongtong and Zhang Shenxiao, Soonfor implementation consultants, and relevant project personnel attended the meeting on site. Relevant management personnel and internal consultants from Markor Homes Tianjin headquarters and Nankang base, as well as relevant project consultant team members from Soonfors Dongguan headquarters, also attended the meeting remotely.

Markor International Home Furnishings Co., Ltd., referred to as Markor Home and listed under stock code 600337, operates across the entire home furnishing industry chain. After more than 20 years of development, Markor Home has relied on furniture manufacturing to enter the international market and has now developed into a representative Chinese company of international integrated home consumer goods with multiple brands, multiple channels, and integrated operations. Since 2017, Markor Home has established the Markor Vietnam manufacturing base, mainly producing solid wood furniture. At present, Markor has 10 mid- to high-end furniture manufacturing factories in Tianjin with leading domestic manufacturing capabilities.

At the kick-off meeting, Hu Tongtong, deputy team leader of the Markor Vietnam project, first explained the far-reaching significance of implementing this informatization project.

This project involves departments such as business, planning, purchasing, production, warehousing, and cost. At the meeting, Soonfor project deputy team leader Fu Jundan also explained the working methods and requirements of the project team and consultants. She also elaborated in detail on the overall implementation blueprint plan of the project, pointing out the direction for future informatization work execution.

The reason Markor Vietnams factory launched this informatization project is to improve the current management of various departments through the system. Zhang Shenxiao, deputy team leader of the Markor Vietnam project, introduced the key informatization needs of this project and promised full support for the project.

The informatization system itself is only a management system, and to truly use it well, people are still needed to implement it. Yang Lei, manager of Markor Homes information department, gave relevant implementation suggestions for this project from three aspects: understanding of the informatization system, project implementation steps, and changes in working methods.

Soonfor project consultants explained the overall project implementation plan from aspects such as project preparation, project planning, and project launch, giving all participants a clearer understanding of the overall project schedule.

For Markor Vietnam, the informatization project is not the business of one person. Team spirit must be carried forward and communication and cooperation must be maintained in order to make the project a complete success. At the meeting, Soonfor project director Zhang Zhenxiao also introduced the Soonfor project team and division of responsibilities, and gave a detailed explanation of project implementation precautions from aspects such as planning, training, teamwork, and the completeness and accuracy of basic data.

Finally, Markor Vietnam General Manager Zhang Xiaojin emphasized the importance of implementing data-based management and put forward relevant requirements for each department. He said, The most core purpose of implementing the informatization system is to realize the integration of business and finance, so that finance can control business, supervise business, and promote business development. Let all operating business be reflected on the financial side. During project execution, I hope that every functional department will participate 100 percent, make 100 percent effort, and maximize the value of the system. Every business side must fully participate in the project and unconditionally support its implementation.
