On February 10, 2023, Zhejiang Lianyang New Materials launched the Soonfor smart manufacturing project, injecting strong momentum into the enterprise's high-quality development. As a leading listed enterprise in the industry, Lianyang New Materials selected Soonfor Software to launch its intelligent manufacturing project after more than a year of selection. Soonfor made an overall plan for this project. First,the MES system will connect to ERP order data, then use order data breakdown, materials and production planning, personnel and equipment in the manufacturing process, quality, package warehousing, and shipment as the main line, ultimately realizing full-chain data connectivity and management.

Specific project planning

According to functional requirements, it is divided into the following items:

1. Order lifecycle management:Implement penetrating management for connected orders, including review, changes, materials, scheduling, processing, inbound and outbound warehousing, and standard order costs.

2. Technical management:Realize digital management of order data breakdown.

3. Planning management:Realize relatively balanced planning among the order pool, capacity, and material supply.

4. Production management:Use digital production task data to drive people, machines, and materials; bind processing data with people, machines, and materials; improve equipment utilization, labor efficiency, and material utilization.

5. Quality management:Realize rapid quality inspection and a rapid repair mechanism.

6. Equipment management:Realize interconnection between production data and equipment, routine equipment maintenance, and spare parts management.

8. Warehouse management:Realize inbound, outbound, and inventory management for materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, as well as stocktaking management and storage location management.
