Quantime | Setting goals and clarifying directions as the blueprint for the intelligent manufacturing project is officially released

To ensure the smooth implementation of the smart manufacturing project and fully launch the company's digitalization work, Quan Shidai held a smart manufacturing system blueprint release conference in Taizhou, Zhejiang on March 10.

The conference released the Quan Shidai smart manufacturing system blueprint, focusing on four areas: research and analysis, the overall blueprint situation, solutions, and implementation.

At the conference, Quan Shidai Vice General Manager Mr. Jiang gave a detailed introduction to the significance of this smart manufacturing blueprint release, enabling all senior executives to clearly understand the importance of the smart manufacturing project, the tasks of each person in charge, and the overall project go-live schedule.

While both production and sales are growing, how can we achieve low-cost, high-efficiency delivery? Soonfor project manager Han Dong analyzed the current situation, difficulties, and causes of the problems encountered by Quan Shidai and proposed the following solutions.

1. Build a new Quan Shidai organization;

2. Re-sort the entire C2M and M2C processes and define process nodes;

3. Carry out overall digital planning and implement it step by step in phases;

4. Build a digital platform, unify the platform, and interconnect data.

With the goal of building an operational system for smart manufacturing, this blueprint release conference will help Quan Shidai standardize management and improve nine major management levels of its products and nine major enterprise operating capabilities.
