Recently, the North American Maple and Soonfor digital marketing project was delivered beyond expectations and closed ahead of schedule. Main implementation results of the project: 1. Delivery Beyond Expectations The teams of both parties collaborated efficiently and executed strongly. The project was closed one month ahead of schedule according to the project plan and achieved satisfactory results beyond expectations. 2. Realizing a Digital and Integrated Marketing Platform The project integrated full-chain management of North American Maple's marketing system, from terminal prospective customer management to initial measurement, re-measurement, design, quotation, transaction, payment collection, procurement requisition and delivery. It also unified previously independent applications such as design, order splitting, manufacturing and OA, realizing an integrated platform for digital marketing management. 3. Data Sharing, Standardized Processes, and Business-Finance Integration The project fully shares data from front-end stores to production factories, standardizes workflows across all links of the North American Maple sales process, integrates store sales with financial control, and makes the marketing system transparent and efficient. 4. Deepened Application and Channel Empowerment Through a series of scenario application assistants such as Store Manager, Shopping Guide Connect, Home Decoration Site and Ordering Assistant, as well as a standardized digital marketing system, North American Maple has achieved channel empowerment.
