Recently, the Longyang-Soonfor MOM Project Summary and Phase II Kickoff Meeting was successfully held. The meeting summarized the implementation results and construction status of the MOM project and simultaneously launched the Phase II project. Based on Longyang's overall digital construction plan and the implementation foundation of the MOM project, Longyang launched Soonfor's Phase II digital project ahead of schedule. From this point on, Longyang's digital construction will be uniformly incorporated into the Soonfor system platform. On the basis of the Phase I MOM project, Phase II will focus on realizing business-finance integration, warehousing and logistics digitalization, supply chain system integration and more.
At the meeting, Longyang general manager Xu Decheng affirmed the planning and construction of the MOM project and the professional and focused work of the Soonfor team. He explained the pain points in Longyang's previous system applications and the future application plan for the Soonfor system, and also set clear requirements for the project team based on the current system construction phase. General Manager Xu said: 1. The company has always attached importance to digital construction. In the past, we spent a lot of money, but the systems we used were like shoes that did not fit, always causing various pains. After we introduced Soonfor, the professionalism and focus of the Soonfor team were admirable. Now that we are uniformly replacing all systems with Soonfor, all management processes will become smoother. We fully trust Soonfor and the Soonfor team, and we also hope Soonfor can give us more support. 2. To use the system well, internal management must be done well. Through system implementation, we need to reorganize internal management and realize the sorted management processes and standards through system control. On one hand, we should work on the basic information of the digital system and accelerate system launch; on the other hand, we should improve our management and prepare for system launch. 3. To succeed, internal drive must be strengthened. During project execution, basic work must be done well so that later system work becomes easier. Everything now is an investment in the future, and I think it is a very worthwhile investment. Soonfor project manager Ma Chunhua reviewed the Phase I implementation plan, project process and results. Afterward, she also released and explained the overall milestone control plan for the Longyang digital project after the Phase II launch, giving all project members a clear understanding of their responsibilities and tasks. Next, Longyang project manager and Information Department director Liu Junfa summarized the achievements of the MOM project in data source system construction, process standardization and other construction aspects, as well as project process control.
The award ceremony was also a moment of honor for everyone. Congratulations to the outstanding teams and individuals that emerged during the implementation of the Longyang-Soonfor MOM project. Smooth project implementation and advancement cannot be achieved without good teamwork and efficient execution by project team members.
