Planning and Production Management Configured scheduling rules guide planning and scheduling, improving efficiency; Production schedules are issued, and production progress is tracked in real time. Different workshops use different management models, delivering high on-site execution efficiency; Production process planning, dispatching, and completion enable real-time and accurate control of production status; Real-time piece-rate wage accounting, with daily workshop payroll account checks and settlement; Production-site material requisition plans and material distribution effectively control production materials. Logistics Management Barcode management precisely controls the flow of goods; Refined storage-location management and automatic shipment-system allocation improve stock-preparation efficiency; First-in, first-out inventory promotes quantitative and fixed-capacity management and improves quality-tracking efficiency; Inventory aging management improves sluggish-material cost control and turnover rate. Financial Management Project standard costs are clear, providing a basis for product quotation and pricing; Actual cost analysis of materials and products reduces management risks; Receivables, payables, fixed assets, costs, and financial data are seamlessly connected, integrating business and finance; Effective audit of business-side process standardization and precision enables efficient management collaboration. At the meeting, Soonfor Project Manager Xia Meilian reviewed and summarized the achievements of each department in the Huiju ERP project, and gave a detailed explanation of the upcoming MES project implementation plan, giving everyone a clearer view of the project progress. Soonfor Project Director Zhang Zhenxiao congratulated the Huiju ERP project on its achievements, set clear requirements for project control in the Phase II MES project, and explained the Soonfor project team and division of responsibilities. Huiju's production and finance leaders respectively explained the achievements of ERP and the key work of the MES project launched this time, and made arrangements and deployments. In his speech, General Manager Han from production emphasized: "ERP has made the complex on-site piece-rate accounting efficient and accurate, and monthly payroll is now completed 10 days earlier. For the MES project, we must strictly implement today's deployment. We expect and also believe that the launch of the MES system will bring a qualitative improvement to production management."
