Recently, the ESSN Hardware-Soonfor digital project, a benchmark enterprise in the high-end small hardware industry, was successfully concluded. As ESSN Hardware's number one project in 2023, the launch of the Soonfor digital system means that ESSN's digital construction has achieved phased results. 01 Project achievements 1. Built a complete basic data system and solved the problems of incomplete and inaccurate data; 2. Changed the mindset and work habits of frontline employees and management, enabling enterprise operating processes to be executed according to rules; 3. Connected internal department operating steps, linked interdepartmental interactions and transfers, and integrated approval workflows from the grassroots level to senior management; 4. Achieved integrated platform informatization, intelligent online approval, standardized operating processes, shared basic data, real-time warehouse accounting, and more; 5. Helped the enterprise establish a standardized management method, realizing standardized and regulated enterprise management and improving management levels; 02 Review of the closing event At the closing meeting, General Manager Ding of ESSN said: "Through the use of the Soonfor system, our work processes have been solidified, making everyone's work more convenient and simplified, standardizing the way we work, and realizing refined management. In the past, the company worked in isolated silos. Through the launch of the digital system, our management has become transparent. In our work, we have shifted from the concept of managing by people to the concept of managing by process, helping us build an advanced management system."
At project closing, ESSN carefully prepared a letter of thanks for the Soonfor team. General Manager Ding said: "The biggest difficulty this project faced was changing employees' mindset and work habits. Through use of the system, our management methods have been upgraded and our management level has improved greatly. This is inseparable from the efforts of everyone on the project. The professionalism and dedication of the Soonfor team enabled our project to conclude successfully." User representatives from ESSN's R&D Department, Production Department, and Polishing Department delivered speeches summarizing the implementation process of the Soonfor digital project and the changes and improvements the Soonfor system brought to their departments.


"The previous old system could not meet our daily operational needs and had many pain points. ESSN Project Manager Hu Delong gave a detailed explanation of the project benefit analysis and achievement presentation. This project helped ESSN achieve three connections and four sharings. Soonfor Project Manager Liao Zhanmao reviewed the implementation of each department and compared before and after results from five aspects: implementation scope, implementation results, process review, follow-up suggestions, and closing reflections. The closing of this project marks the end of the first foundational stage and also the beginning of a brand-new stage. Although the project has concluded, follow-up service is also very important.
