Work reporting is real-time, piece-rate calculation is accurate, and ultimately financial data is timely and accurate while cost data is clear and controllable.2. Transparent production progress and controllable production cyclesBased on the production cycle, the system can manage and optimize the entire manufacturing process. Production progress is transparent and controllable, the operations of each production workshop have been standardized, each task is ensured to proceed in an orderly manner, and the execution status of every person in the workshop is displayed digitally. 3. Unified platform and efficient collaboration
This project centrally manages and unifies on one platform the different factories of Yiyuan, including wooden furniture and upholstered sofas, along with various internal and external resources and data, enabling efficient collaboration among internal departments and external resources and greatly improving the company's overall operating efficiency and competitiveness.

Through the system, standardized operating processes have been established. Management is carried out through the system, the operations of each department have been standardized, work is ensured to proceed in an orderly way, and human errors and waste are reduced, making operations more standardized.

As early as 2016, Yiyuan Crafts began actively embracing digitalization and chose to cooperate with Soonfor Software, jointly opening a new chapter in Yiyuan's digital transformation. The management philosophies of both sides and their persistent craftsmanship were highly aligned. From launching the Soonfor ERP system to the second-phase MES system, Yiyuan has used digital systems to take management to a higher level. Facing new market trends, Yiyuan Crafts began entering the upholstered sofa field and in just two or three years made sofas one of the company's flagship products.To build a transparent and digital workshop, both sides decided to launch the Soonfor intelligent manufacturing MES project.

The closure of this project affirms the work of all participants in Yiyuan's digital project and also shows that the project has achieved effective phased results. This closure also signals another beginning for Yiyuan's digital development. There is no finish line in the application of a system. At the closure meeting, Soonfor's project director and implementation consultants also provided suggestions to Yiyuan's internal project team. It is believed that with the continued efforts of all parties at Yiyuan, the use of the Soonfor system will be pushed deeper and will better support Yiyuan's digital management.
