Foshan Gaoming Yiyuan Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. was established on March 29, 1995. Since its founding, it has been engaged in the production and sales of European classical furniture and has followed a diversified development path. Today, Yiyuan's management and production staff continue to grow year by year, producing more than 20,000 pieces of quality furniture annually. With outstanding quality, sincere service, and excellent credibility, the company has established stable and trusting relationships with customers from the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, New Zealand, and many other places, and its products have continued to sell steadily around the world. In order to deepen and consolidate the results of its earlier digital transformation and further leverage data in market competition, Yiyuan continued by launching the Soonfor MES shop floor execution system. Compared with the successful implementation of the earlier ERP system, the success of the MES system is even more significant. In this project, process routes, standard working hours, and the labor pricing system were almost entirely redefined and reorganized, and the independent capabilities of Yiyuan's project team were also significantly strengthened. Development Department Simplify complexity, integrate fragmented parts, and collaborate as a team Statistics Team The MES system standardized production processes and enabled transparent management. Because the system is procedural, every operation follows a set of rules, so disorderly production cannot occur. Only after one layer of operation is completed can the next step proceed, which standardizes the company's production workflow and achieves transparent management. For example, dispatch management and payroll calculation all have responsible operators, so once a problem occurs, its root cause can be easily identified and addressed. A complete MES system greatly reduces cumbersome statistical and payroll-calculation workloads, truly allowing the system to manage affairs. Production Team 1. After using the system, all internal production information can be obtained and applied anywhere within the company, making data retrieval very convenient and comprehensive. 2. Production stoppages caused by waiting for materials have been reduced. Because the transparency of parts demand has increased, all departments can achieve timeliness and accuracy. Parts can also be produced and externally purchased on schedule at a more reasonable pace, greatly reducing stoppages on production lines caused by missing materials. 3. Reduce process-related document issuance and improve work efficiency. Project Team 1. Achieve standardized and unified management. 2. Realize practical control over production progress. 3. Whether for the boss, for me personally, or for Yiyuan as a whole, we have all been walking on "a road we have never walked before." All of the summaries just now fully demonstrate that the Soonfor team and the Yiyuan team are both capable and wise teams. Your diligence and patience made it possible for the second-phase MES project to be completed basically smoothly. Here, I give you all a big hug and salute. In the future, we will still have a great deal of work to do in digital management. We need to continue collecting these data and turn them into tangible returns. The road ahead is still long, but with the companionship of the Soonfor team, I believe Yiyuan will never be alone. From the first-phase ERP to the second-phase MES, the deepest impression the Soonfor team has left on us is professionalism, dedication, and excellent service spirit. Li Haiquan once told me that Soonfor's backend is very powerful and that whatever needs an enterprise has can be resolved very quickly. Director Zhang and Manager Liu often replied to my emails late into the night, though of course I do not encourage that for the sake of your health. Their overall professional quality is very high and is an example that Yiyuan should continue to follow and learn from in the future. I very much agree with Manager Liu's point of view: "No matter how improvements are made, people are always the most important element." In the days ahead, I hope Soonfor and Yiyuan can maintain an even closer partnership. The Yiyuan team must always keep a learning mindset. Among those present today, twenty are members of the Eagle Training Class. Let me repeat something I said in that training class: standing where we are now, I can think of no reason at all for us to give up learning. I look forward to Yiyuan's management team using ERP data support to build a more scientific incentive mechanism and bring the wisdom and talent of Yiyuan people into full play. Yiyuan makes good furniture, and Soonfor makes good systems.
