Meeting Agenda On October 19, 2019, the kickoff meeting for the Aimigao & Soonfor Home Furnishing ERP Project was officially held. Mr. Tan, the project leader of Aimigao Group, announced the official launch of the Aimigao Group Soonfor ERP Project and explained the far-reaching significance of implementing the ERP system, emphasizing that all departments must fully support and cooperate in the specific rollout of the ERP project. Afterward, Manager Xu of Aimigao introduced the Aimigao project organization structure and the responsibilities of each position. He also stated that related rules and a reward-and-penalty system would be formulated and that the ERP project must be driven to success. Next, Consultant Fu from the Soonfor implementation team explained in detail the implementation scope and project introduction of this ERP project, and noted that if difficulties arise during implementation, personnel from all departments should communicate in a timely and effective manner. Mr. Tan, General Manager of Aimigao Group, issued letters of appointment to the project manager and project specialists, announced the project reward fund, and stated that a detailed ERP implementation plan would be formulated afterward and executed step by step according to project progress.
In the final collective oath-taking session, all participants in the ERP project declared: 'We will spare no effort to ensure the successful implementation of the Aimigao Company & Soonfor ERP Project!'
