On October 25, 2019, the Fujian Weijia-Soonfor ERP & MES project was grandly launched at the Weijia Orange Guest Space. The launch of this project also injected new momentum into Weijia's development and marked an important step for Weijia on the road toward precise informatization development. After the host introduced the participants at the event, Chairman Diao Zujun of Weijia delivered the opening speech for the project launch. At the project kickoff meeting, Zhang Zhenxiao, Director of Soonfor Project Implementation, introduced the project team, the optimized steps and processes of project management, as well as the discipline requirements and precautions for implementing informatization projects. 'There is no best, only better. One breakthrough, total project victory.' Then Chen Geng, General Manager of Weijia, introduced the specific content of the project implementation, including the implementation scope, organizational structure, explanation of job responsibilities, and the project reward and penalty system. He also stated that every effort would be made to ensure successful implementation of the project. Immediately afterward, Soonfor implementation consultant Yang Xiuxi explained in detail the project milestone plan and implementation objectives. Regarding the Weijia and Soonfor ERP & MES project, all participants finally took a collective oath: 'We will go all out, do our utmost, strictly carry out the instructions of the project team, complete the project goals one hundred percent, actively participate in learning, discussion, and execution, and ensure the successful implementation of the Weijia Group-Soonfor informatization management project!'
