MinDo General Manager Wang Lei introduced the project, announced the official launch of the MinDo-Soonfor F19 Furniture ERP project, and expressed the company's plans, support, and expectations for its informatization development.

Consultant Zhang, the Soonfor project supervisor, delivered a speech introducing Soonfor's project organizational structure and division of responsibilities, as well as the implementation methods and precautions for the MinDo ERP project. By introducing the Soonfor ERP system this time, MinDo will solve production management issues more precisely and thereby effectively improve production efficiency.
This ERP project has milestone significance. Its implementation will help MinDo standardize data establishment and management standards, realize effective sharing of in-stock data, enable real-time tracking of order progress, and provide management with a scientific basis for marketing decisions.
All project members took an oath, promising to proceed from the overall interests of MinDo, obey company arrangements, cooperate with Soonfor consultants, actively participate in training, complete tasks on time, fear neither hardship nor difficulty, work together with one heart, and ensure the successful launch of the MinDo-Soonfor ERP project.
