Today, information-based management is increasingly becoming the development direction of modern enterprises and an essential tool for the transformation of traditional enterprises. At present, in the face of uncertainties such as repeated outbreaks of the pandemic, outdated methods that enterprises rely on, such as manual handling, labor-based processes, and paper-based workflows, may come to a sudden halt. By using Soonfor's informatization management system, Weijia Group optimized its production planning, improved production efficiency, effectively reduced inventory costs, and enhanced enterprise performance. Recently, the project was successfully closed!

The successful completion of this project enabled effective control of internal management, information sharing, and efficient data tracking within Weijia Group.
The successful completion of the Weijia-Soonfor informatization project was not the result of one person's effort alone, but was inseparable from the joint efforts of everyone involved in the project. At the meeting, Weijia user representative Qu Shuai shared his experience, saying: "ERP and MES represent the enterprise management model of the new era. In future enterprise development, they will strive to use Soonfor's informatization system to build Weijia Group into a fully informatized, digitalized, and intelligent enterprise. During the implementation of enterprise informatization projects, only when every role takes the overall interests of the enterprise as the starting point, performs its own duties, and cooperates with one another, can all tasks be completed well. Chairman Diao Zujun of Weijia mainly introduced Weijia's informatization development journey from the three aspects of gratitude, cognition, and persistence.
