Senlabao & Soonfor ERP Successfully Completed, Building a Professional Informatization Management Platform

2020 was an extraordinary year. In order to improve the company's core competitiveness and its ability to respond to market risks, Senlabao Furniture launched an informatization project, which was also one of the company's key projects in 2020. The Senlabao and Soonfor ERP project started in May and was closed in September. During that period, it went through project research, blueprint planning, professional sorting and preparation of master data and coding systems, training, go-live, and other stages, ultimately achieving remarkable results.

After more than three months of implementation after go-live, Soonfor consultant Quanhai summarized the go-live journey and implementation results of this ERP project and also put forward some suggestions for improvement in the later stages of the project.
