Foshan Yiyuan - Soonfor Furniture Management System Project Successfully Closed

Foshan Yiyuan Crafts Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and is engaged in the production and sale of European classical furniture while pursuing a diversified development strategy. To continue growing in the current competitive market, the company decisively introduced the Soonfor Furniture Management System to strengthen digitalization and improve operating efficiency.

Over the course of three months, with the full support of Chairman Wu of Yiyuan and the joint efforts of all colleagues and the Soonfor implementation team, the Yiyuan-Soonfor Furniture ERP system was successfully completed. The successful implementation enabled seamless integration between enterprise management and Soonfor ERP, ensuring that management measures were truly put in place. The system integrated business order entry, purchased material analysis, production scheduling, production-plan material issuance, warehouse digital management, financial management, and the entire production and sales process, while effectively controlling material safety stock and improving inventory turnover.

At the closing meeting, Chairman Wu described the implementation of the Yiyuan Soonfor Furniture Management System as a battle. Yiyuan colleagues and the Soonfor implementation team fought side by side and ultimately completed the task successfully, fully proving that both the Yiyuan team and the Soonfor team are teams capable of fighting tough battles.

Soonfor General Manager Zhang personally presented honorary certificates to outstanding employees.

At the meeting, Director Ma of Soonfor delivered summary remarks on the service and support to be provided after Yiyuan's project closure.
