After Soonfor implementation consultants carried out in-depth research on Guangzhou Deborui Furniture, they sorted out and replanned the processes of the export sales department, domestic sales department, finished goods warehouse, technical department, purchasing department, materials warehouse, finance department, and other departments. Throughout the implementation process, the efforts of every department in the enterprise were deeply moving. From the project team leading the technical department, export sales department, and domestic sales department to collect and organize product information, to the project team, technical department, purchasing department, and materials warehouse sitting in front of the projector for eight consecutive hours to discuss and verify material data, and then to every department working overtime to enter opening data during the initial go-live stage, it was precisely because of everyone's efforts that the Deborui-Soonfor F18+ Furniture ERP system completed its go-live work steadily and accurately. In June 2016, Guangzhou Deborui Furniture Co., Ltd. successfully announced that it had said goodbye to 20 years of manual bookkeeping.
At the closing conference, the sales department said this: the changes brought by Soonfor are tremendous. First, when checking data, we no longer have to flip through folders everywhere or search all over the computer, and even after finding it, we no longer have to confirm with relevant departments whether it is correct. Second, the overall process has become more reasonable and simpler.
