Qiaohuali Home is a furniture enterprise specializing in the production and sale of rosewood furniture. It is located in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, has about 200 workers, and covers an area of 20,000 square meters. Its main products include living room, bedroom, study, and dining room series. As the enterprise continued to grow in scale and its products became increasingly diverse, market and customer requirements kept rising, placing higher demands on business management. In Qiaohuali's early stage, data between modules was isolated and there was no concept of overall coordination. Departments relied on paper documents to pass information, resulting in low efficiency and frequent mix-ups.
