On July 6, Soonfor Software successfully held the Practical Training Program on Digital Production Management for Home Furnishing Enterprises at its Nancheng headquarters in Dongguan. Feedback on site was positive. Owners and senior executives from various home furnishing enterprises took photos and notes, and spoke highly of the training program.
This event invited Soonfor instructors Mao Jichun, Lai Yuxiang, and Liu Yihui to share practical insights on lean production and planning. Su Haibin and Cao Yunlei, two heads from the Huawei Cloud Enablement Center, shared Huawei's digitalization journey and Dongguan's subsidy policies for digital transformation. The lineup was strong and full of sincerity. More than 30 owners and senior executives of home furnishing enterprises from around Dongguan participated in this practical learning activity.
The event opened with host Zhou Lijuan, who introduced the background and agenda of the training program.
In recent years, due to various factors, it has become increasingly difficult for home furnishing enterprises to make profits. Enterprises without profits will inevitably be eliminated by the times, so we must change and look for opportunities amid crisis. Soonfor has always been committed to promoting management upgrades for home furnishing enterprises. Since 1995, for more than twenty years, it has focused on one thing: helping home furnishing enterprises improve management through digital means, strengthen risk resistance, and enhance competitiveness. As a leading digital service provider in the home furnishing industry, Soonfor believes it has both the responsibility and obligation to do what it can for the furniture industry. This training program was launched precisely for that purpose. After the opening, Xu Aizhen, Soonfor's director for key accounts, briefly introduced Soonfor's development history and industry vision to the participants.
Afterward, Soonfor senior consultants Lai Yuxiang and Liu Yihui led everyone on a study tour of Soonfor. Through the Soonfor home furnishing operation sandbox, participants learned the importance of connected full-process enterprise management. They experienced the intelligent manufacturing principle factory to understand what the C2M intelligent manufacturing model is and how to produce only what users need instead of creating piles of inventory. They also visited the Soonfor Home Furnishing Dojo to learn about management pain points and solutions across 12 major home furnishing segments.
After visiting and studying at Soonfor, everyone took a short break and enjoyed afternoon tea.

Then Mao Jichun from Soonfor Intelligent Manufacturing began with case studies comparing factories before and after improvement. Using the eight major pain points of furniture enterprises as the entry point, he guided participants in understanding what intelligent manufacturing is, how to plan factory layouts and production lines, how to carry out synchronized informatization planning, and how to implement lean production, sharing knowledge related to lean production.
Participants took notes and photos from time to time and listened with full attention. Instructor Mao shared a great deal of practical content and explained it with great passion. Because of limited time, his sharing had to come to a pause, and many participants still wanted to hear more.
After Instructor Mao's session, Su Haibin, Solution Director for Huawei Cloud in Eastern Guangdong, shared Huawei's digitalization journey with the home furnishing enterprises. Digital transformation has become even more urgent amid today's many uncertainties, and industries across the board are using digital technologies to address risks. He also gave a detailed introduction to Dongguan's subsidy policies and application process over the past three years.
During the learning process, Soonfor's instructors provided both theoretical knowledge and case analysis, while also taking into account the actual situations of each furniture enterprise. They explained in detail the specific problems that may be encountered in furniture production management. The content progressed from basic to advanced and received unanimous praise from participants. Through this training, participants said they gained a great deal. They learned knowledge related to planning and production site management, studied the latest management methods and experience for furniture enterprises, and improved their own management capabilities. The program provided strong guidance and reference value for future management work in home furnishing enterprises and strengthened their confidence in production management. After the meeting, Soonfor's marketing colleagues specially collected participants' suggestions to understand what learning content they hoped Soonfor would provide next. The main items were as follows: 1. Special courses for PMC 2. Supply Chain Management 3. Management Methods for Panel Furniture 4. Management Methods for Transforming Finished Products into Customization 5. Digital Solutions for Enterprise Marketing 6. Employee Training Next, Soonfor will combine everyone's feedback and hold more topic-based practical courses. Once the next theme is confirmed, an official notice will be released in time. Please follow the Soonfor Software official account to receive relevant updates. At that time, you can register through your account manager or online. You may also reserve a place with your account manager in advance now, and once the plan is confirmed, arrange for the corresponding personnel to attend the training.
