Moving Forward Without Pause, with a Promising Future | Chuangyu Group and Soonfor Informatization Project Successfully Concluded!

At present, home furnishing digitalization has become an inevitable trend, and enterprises are facing an important period of transformation and upgrading. On July 1, 2022, the Chuangyu Group & Soonfor ERP Project Closing Conference was successfully held. Chuangyu Group Chairman Lin Guorong, President Deng Anyu, Chuangyu Group Project Implementation Director Zhu Zhu, Soonfor Project Implementation Director Zhang Zhenxiao, and the general managers of Chuangyu's branch companies all attended the meeting. The conference summarized the tremendous achievements made during the more than three months since the implementation of Soonfor ERP at Chuangyu Group.

The Chuangyu Group informatization project ran from its launch on March 8. to its closing on July 1, lasting 113 days, but the actual guidance time was only 80 days. This project went live using only 60% of the originally planned time, ranking first overall among projects of the same scale in terms of implementation speed. This fully reflects the unified team execution, strong project organization and control, and the initiative and proactiveness of all organizations and departments throughout Chuangyu Group.

"The digitalization and systematization of work processes are inevitable trends. After becoming proficient in using the ERP system, Chuangyu Group's work efficiency can be greatly improved, work errors can be reduced, and the coordination and information flow among the group's branches and departments can become more timely and convenient." At the meeting, team member Lin Haochun shared his experience from the project in areas such as procurement and sales management, warehouse management, barcode management, and after-sales maintenance management.

What Has Soonfor ERP Enabled Chuangyu Group to Achieve Through This Project? Team member Song Guihua gave a detailed analysis from the following aspects:

2. Transformation of the finished goods warehouse;

3. Transformation of the sales module;

4. Transformation of the procurement module;

5. Shared data.

This project achieved remarkable results, opening up Chuangyu Group's brand processes and meeting multidimensional business needs on the production side. A total of 17 major modules, including business management, group operations, material management, and plan management, have been successfully launched, marking Chuangyu Group's entry into a brand-new stage of informatization development. Through the use of the Soonfor ERP system, Chuangyu Group has undergone the following three major changes:

"Project closing is only the beginning. The road of informatization is a road of continuous improvement, optimization, and ongoing service." Soonfor Project Implementation Director Zhang Zhenxiao provided a detailed introduction covering the scope and results summary of project implementation, project service recommendations and team introduction, and suggestions for Chuangyu Group's informatization planning.

At the meeting, Soonfor consultant Nie Yunxia summarized the ERP project results and explained in detail the management changes brought to Chuangyu Group by ERP implementation.

In this ERP project, Chuangyu Group's project participants performed excellently, studied actively, and ultimately passed the examination to obtain the "Soonfor Professional Qualification Certificate," which also means that Chuangyu Group's team has accumulated a solid foundation in informatization expertise. This certificate is issued by Soonfor Software and carries significant weight in the home furnishing informatization industry.

This informatization project may appear to be just the launch of one system, but in fact it sorted out all of our internal processes and laid a solid foundation for planning the group's next informatization steps. Only by first clarifying processes and basic data can we build a firm foundation for the smooth launch of subsequent projects."

As a local furniture manufacturing enterprise in Houjie, Chuangyu Group enjoys relatively high visibility in the industry. However, the drawbacks of traditional management models, coupled with the impact of the pandemic, made enterprise transformation imperative.
