On August 1, Guangdong Lihua Leyu Furniture Co., Ltd. launched its Soonfor informatization project and grandly held a kickoff meeting.

Lihua Leyu has long been ahead of the industry in informatization. It had previously developed software on its own and also used a general management software package, but because the software did not fit the characteristics of the home furnishing industry, especially in whole-home customization business, it could not meet requirements. At the kickoff meeting, Wu Xiaowei, Lihua's ERP project manager, introduced the significance and organizational structure of the project, explained the responsibilities of each team leader and team member, and described the far-reaching significance of promoting ERP this time.

After that, Han Dong, Soonfor's project manager, explained the working methods and requirements of the project team and consultants, and gave a detailed explanation of the overall implementation scope, plan, and goals of the project. Yang Xiuxi, Soonfor's implementation consultant, explained the entire project implementation plan from aspects such as the implementation process, project planning, and project realization, giving all project members a clear understanding of project progress.

Next, the leaders of Lihua's business group, technical group, production planning group, and finance group each gave speeches, introduced the scope of responsibilities of their groups, took responsibility for the go-live results of their respective modules, and pledged to go all out to complete the tasks.
