Yuanmuchan Furniture Launches the Soonfor Informatization Project, Laying a Solid Foundation for Enterprise Smart Manufacturing

Soonfor implementation consultant Li Liqing gave a detailed introduction to the implementation scope and overall implementation plan of the project, giving everyone a clearer understanding of the work milestones ahead and facilitating the subsequent advancement of informatization work.

Afterward, the heads of various departments in the Yuanmuzen Furniture project team spoke one after another, explaining their department's responsibilities in this project, expressing full support and cooperation, and committing to go all out to complete the project.

To ensure the ERP project goes live smoothly, project participants must keep learning, attend training meetings, gain a deeper understanding of the project, continuously summarize, discover problems, and solve them.
