Zhuangyuanmao Smart Home Holds the Kickoff Meeting for the Soonfor Informatization Project

As the company continued to expand, operating costs increased, management challenges multiplied, and informatization became an effective way to solve these issues. As early as one year ago, Zhuangyuanmao began planning its enterprise informatization initiative. After a long period of selection, comparison, and inspections of multiple well-known software companies in the industry, it ultimately chose Soonfor Software. On August 5, 2022, the kick-off meeting was grandly held, with senior executives from both sides and the full project team attending.

Introduction to Zhuangyuanmao

Fujian Zhuangyuanmao Smart Home Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 and specializes in the sales and R&D of smart home equipment, while also providing comprehensive professional design, renovation advice, and human-centered, personalized whole-house customization furniture services.

Entering the Industry 4.0. era, Zhuangyuanmao is looking to the future by building a service network covering the entire province and creating a smart home furnishing brand. With high-quality products as its foundation, relying on trustworthy and mutually beneficial dealer resources and a directly operated store system, a strong branded, standardized, and systematic service system, and a team with shared values, it is committed to becoming a responsible, reliable, and sustainably operated enterprise.

As the first production base in Fujian to launch Yizhuang processing services, Zhuangyuanmao has continued to cultivate the local market and completed a remarkable transformation in just five years, helping more than 40 stores win a large number of customers and a strong reputation in Fujian's home decoration market.

The purpose of this informatization project is to improve the company's overall operating efficiency, reduce operating costs and labor costs, and strengthen the company's competitiveness in the market. At the event, Liu Haibo, project manager of Zhuangyuanmao's informatization project, shared some of his impressions and insights from using Soonfor's informatization system.

Afterward, Soonfor implementation consultant Yu Xinrong explained the overall project implementation plan from the perspectives of project schedule, project communication, implementation scope, and project success factors. He also clarified the working methods and requirements for the project team and consultants.

Next, Soonfor Project Director Zhang Zhenxiao introduced the Soonfor project team, division of responsibilities, and key points requiring attention during project implementation in detail.

Zhuangyuanmao General Manager Chen Dongxiao concluded: "At the current stage of the company's development, whether in production or front-end operations, we have lacked a good tool to use and analyze. I believe that as the Soonfor informatization project is implemented, the company's management level will rise to another level and operating efficiency will become even higher.
