In active response to the municipal Party committee and municipal government's work deployment to build a pilot zone for high-quality digital economy development and establish Dongguan as a demonstration city for the digital transformation of manufacturing, the exhibition has innovatively created the Dongguan Digital Economy Hall. It will centrally display the highlights of Dongguan's digital economy development, favorable policies for industrial digitalization under the Greater Bay Area background, and typical cases in which digitalization promotes the transformation of traditional industries. Fourteen well-known enterprises in fields such as digital factory intelligent manufacturing, digital product applications, and digital management systems have been invited to exhibit, including Huawei Cloud, Soonfor Software, and Xianzhi Big Data, building a communication and display platform to support enterprise digital transformation. Under the theme Digital Empowerment, Smart Creation for the Future, the main forum has been carefully planned around the digital economy and enterprise digital transformation.

Compared with previous years, this Taiwan Expo focuses more on a professional electronics exhibition, gathering high-quality enterprises from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and even nationwide to strengthen the brand of the professional electronics expo. This year, two major special zones have been set up: the Cross-Straits Electronic Industry Cooperation Zone and the Cross-Straits Featured Zone. A new Dongguan Digital Technology Hall has also been added, focusing on products in areas such as the digital economy, the metaverse, the Internet of Things, semiconductors, electronics, and more. More than 70% of the exhibitors are 3C digital enterprises in electronic information.

The exhibition brings together famous, high-quality products from Taiwan-funded enterprises in provinces and cities where Taiwan businesses are concentrated. Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hainan, as well as cities outside Guangdong such as Xiamen, Chengdu, Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai, Nanning, Hezhou, and Huaihua, and Guangdong cities including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Huizhou, Jiangmen, Zhanjiang, Meizhou, and Maoming will all appear at this exhibition, showcasing outstanding Taiwan business products from across the country.

Industry matchmaking meetings and famous product launches will be presented in full, focusing on improving both matchmaking efficiency and exhibition results. Leading procurement by famous enterprises will be organized, and a series of supporting activities will be held, including city famous product promotion meetings, Dongguan Taiwan business famous product promotion meetings, and cross-straits electronic information industry matchmaking meetings, strengthening exchange and cooperation across the entire electronic industry chain and sharing new opportunities for industry development.

This exhibition will continue to increase efforts in media promotion, with Nanfang Daily undertaking the overall publicity work. Central-level, provincial, and municipal mainstream media, professional electronic information industry media, and Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao overseas media will serve as the main publicity channels. Various forms of promotion will be carried out through livestreaming, exhibition media tours, merchant interviews, and other activities.
