On January 3, 2023, the first working day of the new year, ESSN held the launch meeting for the Soonfor Software digital factory project at its headquarters in Houjie, Dongguan. ESSN General Manager Chen Lin, Project Manager Hu Delong, Administrative Manager Fan Heng, heads of major departments and some user representatives, as well as Soonfor Software Customer Director Zhu Chunmei, Customer Manager Wu Lingli, Implementation Director Zhang Zhenxiao, Project Manager Liao Zhanmao, and others attended the meeting.

ESSN, whose Chinese name is Yisheng, was founded in 2004 and is a brand specializing in the manufacture of high-end hardware accessories. Mainly focused on foreign trade exports, its products are sold to Western Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and other regions, and it also supplies many well-known domestic brands, making it a leader in its niche segment. Perhaps because the company has long cooperated with major domestic and overseas enterprises and has an international perspective, ESSN has always been at the forefront of the industry in management during its development. More importantly, because the company's top decision-maker has great foresight and wisdom, ESSN's team has been led to actively embrace informatization and move toward digitalization and intelligence.

The core purpose of this project is to integrate the front, middle, and back ends of enterprise management, build a digital factory, and take enterprise management to a higher level.

Soonfor Project Manager Liao Zhanmao then introduced the implementation scope, milestone plan, project risks, and countermeasures for this project. The project scope covers all ESSN departments, including the Marketing Center, R&D Center, PMC, Production Department, Procurement Department, Quality Department, Warehouse, Finance Department, Human Resources and Administration Department, and others, meaning that all employees are involved. ESSN has a large amount of basic product data, especially many colors, with cases of one code corresponding to multiple items and one item corresponding to multiple codes, so product BOM maintenance involves a relatively large workload. However, with more than 20 years of digital experience, Soonfor has already prepared countermeasures.

Soonfor Implementation Director Zhang Zhenxiao gave a detailed introduction to Soonfor's project team members and their respective responsibilities. Although Soonfor only assigns one or two implementation consultants to the factory for on-site guidance, behind the consultants is an entire project team serving ESSN. He also explained possible problems during project implementation, avoidance methods, and matters requiring attention. ESSN's partners strongly recognized this and gave repeated praise.

ESSN's General Manager Chen announced the official launch of the Yisheng Hardware-Soonfor digital factory project and explained the far-reaching significance of this informatization initiative. He expressed his planning, support, and expectations for the company's digitalization.

In 2023, we must complete this project well, so that every day when employees walk into the company and look at the system, mobile phone, or kanban, they can clearly know what they need to do and what the standards are, without wasting time on repeated communication. Trouble is not frightening; only with collision can there be sparks and new results.
