In the home furnishing digitalization industry, the talent foundation has long been relatively weak, resulting in slow implementation of digital systems. If the home furnishing industry wants to truly use digitalization to achieve transformation and upgrading and maximize the value of digital software, it must begin with talent cultivation. Six years ago, based on the original intention of cultivating digitalization talent, the Soonfor-Central South Forestry joint ERP laboratory was officially established, and Zhang Aiguo, chairman of Soonfor Software, was appointed as a visiting professor at Central South University of Forestry and Technology. Since then, the two sides have officially launched a strategic partnership and worked together to promote the digital upgrading of China's home furnishing industry.

Central South University of Forestry and Technology Central South University of Forestry and Technology is a comprehensive university with strong teaching and research capabilities, and its College of Furniture and Art Design also has considerable influence in the home furnishing field. As a required undergraduate course at Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Soonfor Software's digitalization course is based on home furnishing digitalization knowledge and, through systematic teaching each year, enables every student at the university to grow into a practical talent for the future home furnishing industry. Even in November in Changsha, when the minimum temperature was only 4. degrees Celsius, the students' enthusiasm for learning the digitalization course remained undiminished. During nearly 20 days of study, not a single student was absent, and everyone maintained a positive learning attitude. Teacher Liu from Soonfor fully demonstrated his professionalism by continuously sharing practical knowledge about home furnishing digitalization, allowing the students to gain a great deal. Results of the 2021 Digitalization Course 01 Students at Central South Forestry gained an understanding of the current management status and pain points of the home furnishing industry and learned how to solve management problems through digitalization. 02 Using the management characteristics and digital solutions of customized home furnishing as examples, Soonfor consultants helped everyone understand and gain a comprehensive view of home furnishing industry development trends from different perspectives. 03 Through Soonfor consultants' explanation of enterprise-wide digitalization knowledge, everyone fully recognized the impact of digitalization on the home furnishing industry as well as the importance of coordinated operations among the functional departments of an enterprise. 04 An employment platform was built for graduates of Central South Forestry, enabling professionals to do professional work, providing more than 2,000 job opportunities in furniture enterprises, and to some extent effectively easing the shortage of talent in the home furnishing industry. As the home furnishing industry is currently showing a trend toward customization and complexity, and in order to help students at Central South Forestry create greater value when entering the industry in the future, this course further strengthened training and assessment in the operational skills of the core modules of the Soonfor digitalization system. The students who took the exam all passed, with an average score of 92.8. This training received unanimous praise from students at Central South Forestry, who showed strong interest in the digitalization course. Soonfor Software will also continue to launch a series of digitalization training courses to support the construction of digitalization courses and the accumulation of digital knowledge at Central South University of Forestry and Technology.
